The Good, Bad and the Ugly About Binaural Beats

Binaural beats is a form of brainwave entrainment that has good, bad, and ugly elements that need to be considered when deciding on an entrainment course of action.

They have been around since 1839, discovered by physicist Heinrich Wilhelm Dove, but they didn’t become popular with normal, everyday folk until the early seventies.
